Shipping:
We ship our products throughout the United States, ensuring reliable and timely delivery to your location.
Process Time:
All orders are processed on the same business day (Monday to Friday) if the order is received before 3:00 PM (CST). Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Delivery Time:
Typically, orders are delivered within 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Orders Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email notification. You can track the status of your order through the link provided in the email. Order Tracking Link Here
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, and shipping destination. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Tax:
The prices quoted or shown are exclusive of all taxes. The tax will be included at the checkout based on the state, local bodies and the product. The customer is advised to check the total and final bill at the checkout before placing the order. However, if the customer is provided relief from paying the tax, we can include the customer under the tax exempted list provided the customer submits a valid tax exemption certificate.
Multiple Addresses:
We can ship to only one address per transaction. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses:
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Undelivered Orders:
If any damaged or lost, Partial deliverd packages should be report to PartsHnC within 3 business days. via email [email protected]
Carrier Rules:
All the shipping are made through UPS, FedEx or UPS and all the T&C of the respective carrier applies. Please go through the respective websites for further information.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. Neither we nor the carrier are responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Damaged Goods Handling:
If you are available at the time of delivery, please ensure that there is no damage to the package or the material inside. If any damage is found make sure to note all the damages on the delivery note and refuse the delivery.
If you are not available and you find the package left at your door is damaged, please take the photographs of the package and complete the Return Request form(Return requests will only be processed via email ([email protected]); phone or chat requests will not be accepted.).
