How do I search for products? 

To find the item you're looking for, enter any combination of the following in the Search Box: Manufacturer's name, Manufacturer part number, Descriptive keywords, and/or Model number. The items that most closely match the search criteria will be shown on the search results page.

What is the purpose of requiring me to log in? 

After logging into PartsHnC, you will get the simplest, most user-friendly experience on the website. Logging in each time you visit PartsHnC is something you won't regret doing. Because you have access to the following features:

  • Your delivery address and preference data will be saved.
  • You will see all of your order information and history. 
  • You may also compare products, sign up for a subscription, and maintain a list of items on My Wish List.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

No worries. Find the Forgot password link in the footer. Simply click the "forgot password" link. Now you will be redirected to the respective page. Enter an email ID. Then click the "Reset my password" button. You will receive a link in your email from us. You can use this link to get straight to the page where you need to input your login, email address, and security question. After that, you can create a new password. How do I view my part's technical specifications?

PartsHnC stores technical data for many heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment parts. Searching for the part you need is one option. You can select "details'' once the search results have appeared. You can find comprehensive information on the part you are interested in with these sections.

How do I return a part?

To request information on how to return an item, email [email protected]. PartsHnC will not accept returns unless prior approval or consent, which will be granted or refused at PartsHnC's discretion. For most returns, there will be a restocking fee. Refunds are not permitted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Special orders cannot be returned or canceled. When will my order be shipped?
