This is a Honeywell 313745 5” Silicone Diaphragm that is meant to be used in different HVAC systems. It is widely used in most HVAC applications such as gas valves, pressure switch, and damper among others. This diaphragm is made from high quality silicone material that allows flexibility, high strength and heat resistant up to 250°F. This diaphragm works in a manner that the flexible dome increases or decreases in size due to pressure or temperature change in the HVAC system. This movement regulates the admission of the gas, air or any other fluid to make the HVAC equipment work as required.
