Auburn E9-ECF Straight Ceramic Boot Extension

The Auburn E9-ECF Straight Ceramic Boot Extension is a ceramic insulating material applied in HVAC systems, on gas burner ignition electrodes. It offers a protective lengthening of the electrode, which electrically isolates the electrode against metal components around it and keeps the electrode in the proper position to detect sparks or flames. This is a boot extension that is fitted with the burner assembly in the production or service process and offers standardized performance of the electrodes in high-temperature conditions. It is used in the maintenance of the ignition system to assist in the supply of dependable spark delivery.
