The Resideo AM100-UP-1LF is a mixing valve that regulates and stabilizes water temperature. It is ideal for almost all HVAC applications including residential and commercial plumbing. This valve has a Union Pro Press connection which ensures that the valve is easily fixed in place. Its key features encompass two check valves for operation reliability; a nickel-plated brass body for durability and ASSE 1017 compliance for reliability and performance. This valve keeps the entire flow from getting too hot by firstly mixing both hot and cold water so that it is safe to let out at the exit.
