Siemens 599-01081 4" Valve Actuator is a proven pneumatic actuator confirming a balanced and cost effective means of valve actuation in HVAC systems. The actuator used in this work is designed to convert pneumatic pressure to mechanical motion, allowing for precise control of valve position. It temperature stable from 0°F to 180°F (although we’ve also used it in environments that have approached -30°F), but it works well in a broad range of environments and situations. The Siemens 599-01081 has a spring range of 3–8 PSI featuring accurate and stable valve control for consistent performance when pressure conditions change. With a stroke of 3/4" and a compact size (4") it can fit into tight spaces and provide robust control.
