The Lennox 92W51 is a replacement condenser fan motor for HVAC systems. It is a single phase PSC type motor with 825 RPM. PSC means Permanent Split Capacitor which is a type of design that provides quiet operation. This motor is designed for 208-230 volts and is generally of 1/6 horsepower. The condenser fan motor of an HVAC system blows air across the condenser coils where heat of the refrigerant is released. Airflow also helps the system cool and if restricted or barred the system may overheat this leads to poor operation.
